铁路信号机梯子是用5×40的扁钢为立铁,5×25的扁钢为踏铁铆接而成的,其结构如图1所示。原来的生产工艺是:冲踏铁、冲立铁、人工用鎯头组装、风枪铆固、调直。用这种工艺产生103dB的噪声,而且劳动强度大,产品质量差,生产效率低。去年我们设计制造了一台冷挤液压工作台,效果较好。一、冷挤液压机的结构和原理冷挤机的结构如图2所示,它有两只油缸。其中一只是夹紧油缸,作用是将待铆的踏铁压牢;另一只是工作油缸,它通过铰链增力机构推动两个杠杆摆动,一次将踏铁两头铆固。

First, the structure of cold extrusion machine and the principle of Cold extrusion machine structure shown in Figure 2, it has two fuel tanks. One is the clamping cylinder, the role is to be riveting step iron pressed firmly; the other is the working cylinder, it is through the hinge mechanism to promote the two lever swing, one will step iron two riveting solid.
