我们对以二甲苯胺蓝Ⅱ为镁的显色剂,用双波长分光光度测定镁的方法进行探索。实验表明,本方法的灵敏度比通常的分光光度法约高三倍,消除了显色剂背景的影响,成功地实现了显色剂的吸收曲线与络合物的吸收曲线相互重叠时的测定,使标准曲线斜率增高而且线性关系更为良好,为微量镁的测定提供了一个高灵敏度的方法,初步用于高纯氧化钇中镁的测定,结果与原子吸收法一致。 (一)实验部分 1.主要仪器和试剂: (1)双波长分光光度计:自行组装。 (2)pH10硼砂缓冲液:25克硼砂溶解于1000毫升热水中,加5.7克氢氧化钠,
We explored the method of dual wavelength spectrophotometric determination of magnesium using chromogenic reagent xylene blue II as magnesium. Experiments show that the sensitivity of this method is about three times higher than that of the usual spectrophotometry, eliminating the influence of the developer background and successfully achieving the determination when the absorption curve of the developer and the absorption curve of the complex overlap each other The slope of the standard curve increases and the linear relationship is more favorable. It provides a high sensitivity method for the determination of trace amounts of magnesium and is initially used for the determination of magnesium in high-purity yttrium oxide.
