在PH8—10,Hg~(2+)与5-Br-PADAP生成1:2的紫紅色絡合物。加入非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100,能增加該絡合物的溶解度与稳定性,在565納米存在一吸收峰,其摩尔吸光系数达1.10×10~5。方法已成功用于废水及污泥中汞的測定。
At pH 8-10, Hg 2+ and 5-Br-PADAP produced a 1: 2 purple complex. The addition of nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 can increase the solubility and stability of the complex, with an absorption peak at 565 nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.10 × 10 -5. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of mercury in wastewater and sludge.
