测定单纯高尿酸血症及其合并糖脂代谢紊乱患者血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1(PAI-1)和内皮素水平。结果显示高尿酸血症患者血浆PAI-1、内皮素水平明显高于正常对照者(均P<0．01),提示高尿酸血症与血管内皮细胞损伤有关。
The levels of plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1) and endothelin in patients with hyperuricemia and its complications of glucose and lipid metabolism were determined. The results showed that plasma PAI-1 and ET levels in patients with hyperuricemia were significantly higher than those in normal controls (all P <0.01), suggesting that hyperuricemia is associated with vascular endothelial cell injury.
