本文报道了常规干燥窑干燥橡胶木材的研究结果。试验表明,橡胶木材是容易干燥的,利用常规干燥窑干燥5厘米厚板料,由初含水率70%干燥至终含水率10%,干燥周期为5天,干燥速率为12.21%/日;橡胶木材的纵向收缩率为0.24%,弦向收缩率为3.0%,径向收缩率为2.71%;橡胶木材的干燥变形率大于气干的变形率,与喷气型热风干燥窑的变形率接近,为10.69%,主要表现为端裂和顺弯;干燥成本约为每立方米20元。根据试验结果,本文提出了一个常规干燥窑干燥橡胶木材的干燥基准。
This paper reports the results of a conventional dry kiln drying rubber wood. Experiments show that the rubber wood is easy to dry, the use of conventional drying kiln drying 5 cm thick sheet, the initial moisture content of 70% drying to a final moisture content of 10%, the drying cycle of 5 days, the drying rate of 12.21% / day; rubber The longitudinal shrinkage of wood is 0.24%, the chord shrinkage is 3.0% and the radial shrinkage is 2.71%. The deformation rate of rubber wood is larger than the deformation rate of air-dry, which is close to the deformation rate of jet-type hot air drying kiln. 10.69%, mainly manifested as end crack and Shun bend; drying costs about 20 yuan per cubic meter.
