应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测了36例皮肤结核病患者血清中抗PPD一IgG、IgM抗体,并以15例活动性肺结核及40例健康献血者做对照,结果显示皮肤结核病组抗PPD抗体阳性率为44.4%,活动性肺结核为73.3%,与健康组(2.5%)相差十分显著(P<0.01),而皮肤结核病组与肺结核组相差不显著,提示此方法可做为皮肤结核病诊断的辅助方法。
Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to detect anti-PPD-IgG and IgM antibodies in serum of 36 patients with cutaneous tuberculosis. Fifteen cases of active tuberculosis and 40 healthy donors were used as controls. The results showed that anti-PPD The positive rate of antibody was 44.4%, active tuberculosis was 73.3%, which was significantly different from that of healthy group (2.5%) (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference between tuberculous skin group and tuberculosis group This method can be used as an adjunct to the diagnosis of cutaneous tuberculosis.
