由于再生混凝土骨料(Recycled Concrete Aggregate,简称RCA)中总是不可避免地会混有碎砖块,这会影响再生骨料沥青混凝土的各项性能。为了解决这一问题,就需要有一定的标准来限制砖块的含量,使其含量在一定范围内变化时,能够满足沥青混凝土对RCA的质量要求。研究了不同砖含量对再生骨料及其沥青混合料基本物理力学性能的影响,包括吸水率、压碎值、马歇尔试验及单轴压缩试验等,并结合国内外一些研究成果,分析了RCA沥青混合料马歇尔试验结果。研究表明:随着砖含量的增加,RCA的吸水率、压碎值都不断提高,马歇尔试验的相应指标也都有不同程度地降低。最后针对RCA在实际中的应用对碎砖的含量提出了一些要求。
As the recycled aggregate aggregate (RCA) is always inevitably mixed with broken bricks, which will affect the performance of recycled aggregate asphalt concrete. In order to solve this problem, we need to have a certain standard to limit the content of bricks, so that the content of a certain range of changes, to meet the quality requirements of RCA on asphalt concrete. The effects of different brick contents on the basic physical and mechanical properties of recycled aggregates and their asphalt mixture were investigated, including water absorption, crush value, Marshall test and uniaxial compression test. Combined with some domestic and foreign research results, RCA asphalt Mixture Marshall test results. The results showed that with the increase of brick content, the water absorption and crush value of RCA increased continuously, and the corresponding indexes of Marshall test also decreased to some extent. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the application of RCA in broken brick.
