目的研究妊娠糖尿病治疗中采用饮食控制的临床疗效。方法 60例妊娠糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予胰岛素治疗,观察组在此基础上给予饮食控制治疗,比较两组患者的血糖控制情况以及母婴结局。结果观察组在治疗前后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴不良结局总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妊娠糖尿病患者通过饮食控制可以改善空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖,并可改善母婴结局。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of diet control in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given insulin treatment. On the basis of this, the observation group was given diet control treatment. The control of blood glucose and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The overall incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusions The diet control in gestational diabetes patients can improve fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose 2 h, and can improve maternal and infant outcomes.
