目的 选择适宜于石斛气生生长，高产稳产的无土栽培基质。方法：选用紫色页岩颗粒、砖粒和锯末对石斛进行了栽培试验。结果：锯末为基质的年产量增加８２ ．１ ％ ～１７７．８％ ，其余均不理想。结论：锯末为基质的栽培材料适宜石斛气生生长对环境条件的特殊要求，为所选最佳基质。
Objective To select a soilless culture substrate suitable for aerial growth and high yield and stability of Dendrobium nobile. Methods: The cultivation experiment of Dendrobium officinale was carried out using purple shale particles, bricks and sawdust. Results: The annual production of sawdust as a substrate increased 82. 1 % to 177.8%, the rest are not ideal. Conclusion: The sawdust-based cultivation materials are suitable for the special requirements of environmental conditions for the growth of Dendrobium nobile, and are the best choice for the substrate.
