试验研究了溴化锂水溶液沿竖直矩形通道降膜吸收过程的传热传质情况.结果表明,溴化锂水溶液降膜流量、吸收压力、溶液进口浓度及进口温度对总传热系数、平均降膜吸收率的影响比较大.试验得到了溴化锂水溶液沿竖直矩形通道降膜吸收的最佳降膜雷诺数和进口浓度范围,对工程应用将会有一定的指导意义.
The heat and mass transfer of lithium bromide solution along the vertical rectangular channel falling into the film was studied. The results show that the effects of falling film flow, absorption pressure, solution inlet concentration and inlet temperature on the total heat transfer coefficient and the average falling film absorption rate of lithium bromide aqueous solution are relatively large. The optimum falling film Reynolds number and the concentration range of inlet of lithium bromide aqueous solution falling along the vertical rectangular channel falling film were obtained through experiments, which would be of guiding significance for engineering application.
