建立从连翘叶中分离纯化熊果酸的方法。采用8倍量95%乙醇,80℃提取3次,每次1 h。提取液经活性炭脱色和AB-8大孔吸附树脂富集纯化得到纯度80.2%的熊果酸,再经乙醇重结晶纯度可达96%,得率约0.6%(以干燥叶计)。
To establish a method for the separation and purification of ursolic acid from Forsythia suspensa leaves. Eight times the amount of 95% ethanol, 80 ℃ extracted three times, each time 1 h. The extract was purified by decolorization of activated carbon and macroporous resin AB-8 to obtain ursolic acid with a purity of 80.2%. The purity of the product was 96% by recrystallization from ethanol. The yield was about 0.6% (dry leaf).
