一个企业进入了市场,就进入了竞争的竞技厂,有的飞黄腾达,有的沉浮不定,有的中途矢折,这不是命运的安排,而是诸多因素对企业的影响造成的。从外部讲,党和政府的领导和支持;各管理部门的支持;国家产业政策的调控;市场变化对企业的影响以及国际、国内政治形势等等,就企业内部讲,经营者的决策和应变能力,企业会员的素质水平,企业采用的发展战略,企业内部机制和管理方式等等,这些都会对企业的成败发生重大的影响。下面我就以本公司近三年的发展情况,对企业的内部问题作一下论述。一、改革内部,提高适应市场能力1.改一正多副交叉管理为一长制直线型管理,不设副职,精简科室,精干用人。建立起主要领导以搜集市场信息,制定企业发展战略和各项决策,生产厂和科室执行决策,实施有效管理为中心的指挥和执行系统。各岗位一人负责,明确职责,各司其职,责
