采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对800目石英粉进行表面化学修饰,然后采用该石英粉对E51环氧树脂进行化学改性。KH550对石英粉的表面化学修饰明显改善了石英粉与环氧树脂的亲和力及相容性,提升在环氧树脂体系中的分散性能,且对环氧树脂存在明显的增韧效果;抗渗试验结果表明,化学修饰后石英粉改性环氧灌注结构胶仍然具有良好的抗渗性能。通过筛选,当KH550表面化学修饰石英粉含量为50%时,制备得到的环氧灌注结构胶综合性能最优,且在保证性能的同时可以使得灌注结构胶质量单位成本大幅降低。
The silane coupling agent KH550 was used to modify the surface of 800-mesh quartz powder. Then, the quartz powder was used to chemically modify E51 epoxy resin. Chemical modification of KH550 on quartz powder obviously improves the affinity and compatibility between quartz powder and epoxy resin, enhances the dispersion in epoxy resin system, and has obvious toughening effect on epoxy resin. The impermeability test The results show that the chemical modification of quartz powder modified epoxy perfusion structural adhesive still has good impermeability. Through screening, when the KH550 surface chemically modified quartz powder content is 50%, the prepared epoxy perfusion structural adhesive has the best comprehensive performance, and at the same time ensures the performance, the unit cost of perfusion structural glue can be greatly reduced.
