大专院校的公关专业的教学目的,是为社会培养和输送合格的公关人员。合格的公关人员必须具备一定的公关技能。因此,培养学生的实际公关能力,是公关教学的最终目标。然而,把理论知识转化为能力,必须经历实践这个环节才能实现。那么,在有限的课堂教学中,如何才能实现实践这个环节呢?我想谈谈我们实行的“立体式教学法”。何谓立体式教学?瓦尔德说:“平庸的老师只是叙述,好的老师讲解,优异的老师示范,伟大的老师启发。”“示范”就是立体式教学,“启发”是立体式教学追求的目标。立体式教学由四个阶段组成,也称“四段式教学法”。一段是讲解。即对本章理论的内容及方法的讲授:二段是示范。即对可操作的内容,教师现场示范或看录相或引导学生到实地参观;三段是模仿。即组织学生采用适当的形式进行模拟操作;四段是评估。即对整个教学过程进行总结评估。
