在航空发动机运行过程中,对其振动状态的监控以及超振状态的处理,对于飞行安全显得尤为重要。文章提出了一种基于模糊PID控制的算法,根据误差及其变化率,在线调整控制增益,有效地提高了振动电荷信号的响应速率、稳态精度等模拟仿真的品质。通过发动机振动信号的硬件在回路仿真结果表明,该算法可以提高振动信号的模拟品质和抗干扰能力。
During the operation of the aero-engine, the monitoring of the vibration status and the handling of the over-vibrating condition are particularly important for flight safety. In this paper, an algorithm based on fuzzy PID control is proposed. According to the error and its rate of change, the control gain is adjusted online, which effectively improves the quality of simulation such as response rate and steady state accuracy of vibration charge signal. The hardware simulation results of the engine vibration signal show that the algorithm can improve the simulation quality and anti-interference ability of the vibration signal.
