目前，理论界对通货紧缩的成因进行了热烈的讨论，逐渐形成了需求派和供给派的解释．需求派认为是有效需求不足造成通货紧缩，供给派认为是供给相对过剩造成的，双方的解释都有合理性，但我国存在大量的制度瓶颈制约也是造成通货紧缩的根本原因．因此，克服通货紧缩的关键在于制度创新．
At present, theorists have heatedly discussed the causes of deflation and gradually formed an explanation of demand and supply. The demand side believes that deflation is caused by the lack of effective demand and that the supply side believes it is caused by the relative surplus of supply. Both explanations are reasonable. However, there are a large number of system bottlenecks in our country, which are also the fundamental causes of deflation. Therefore, the key to overcoming deflation lies in institutional innovation.
