The exact mechanism of laparoscopic cystectomy metastasis after laparoscopic resection is still inconclusive and may be caused by a number of factors. Laparoscopic resection of the tumor should be very careful, and take a variety of preventive measures to reduce complications and improve survival. Now the experimental study of laparoscopic resection of the cotyledon transfer, metastasis mechanism and preventive measures are reviewed
