热效率是工业锅炉的一个重要技术经济指标,它表明锅炉设备的完善程度、司炉运行操作技术和企业管理的综合水平。如何正确了解和提高锅炉运行热效率以节约燃料,是节约能源的一个重要环节。浙江省杭州市有关单位组成的几个锅炉热平衡测试小组已为本市的工厂企业测试了近250多台工业锅炉热效率,提出了相应的改进意见,取得了不少可喜的成绩。笔者浅见,工业锅炉热平衡试验及具计算虽说是一项常规试验,並无深奥之处,但若稍有考虑不周,就会使测算得的热效率不实。现用以下四点说明之,以供探讨。 1.燃煤的应用基元素分析和低位发热量的正确与否对锅炉热效率影响很大。在锅炉
