采用AC公司提供的仪器7890B进行石脑油中含氧化合物的测定。利用甲基硅氧烷柱(30m*0.53mm*0.88um)和Lowox柱(10m*0.53mm*1.0um)的极性不同,使得含氧化合物和石脑油中烃类得到完全分离。本文通过对阀切换时间这一色谱操作条件进行优化,确定了最佳操作条件,并通过对样品进行测试,检验了其方法的重复性和准确性,实验结果表明优化后的方法切实可行,并能为生产提供准确数据。
