本文论述开放式高职教育校园文化建构应吸纳企业文化和社会文化的精华部分并加以改造,通过三者的相互作用、优化组合,创设一种学校、企业、社会共同参与的多元文化育人机制。只有在社会主义核心价值体系的引领下,才能保证参与互动是各自的精华元素,互动的结果是校内外文化的共同进步和成长,建构起一种真正关注高职生创造力和可持续发展力、有助于培养其人文理想和社会责任感的职业素质培养体系。
