心力衰竭患者的心肌能量代谢底物的变化会导致收缩功能不全和引起左室重构的加重,现有的证据已显示在心力衰竭的早期心肌能量的代谢是相对正常的,但在心力衰竭晚期线粒体内的氧化代谢是降低的。本文旨在阐述慢性心力衰竭中的代谢变化以及对这种在代谢变化提供的治疗办法。
Changes in cardiac energy metabolism substrates in patients with congestive heart failure lead to contractile insufficiency and aggravate left ventricular remodeling. Current evidence suggests that myocardial energy metabolism during early heart failure is relatively normal, but in late-stage heart failure Mitochondrial oxidative metabolism is reduced. This article aims to elucidate the metabolic changes in chronic heart failure and to provide such a treatment for metabolic changes.
