湖北省咸宁供电公司变电中心现有职工150人,担负着咸宁供电公司7座220千伏及7座110千伏变电站的运行管理和修试管理职责。自2011年湖北省电力公司推行绩效管理以来,该中心结合变电工作特点,将省公司同业对标与绩效管理有机结合起来,以对标为基础,以绩效为手段,通过对指标现状诊断分析,理性思考,积极实践,推动了班组综合管理水平的巩固和提高,促进了变电中心的安全生产。
