分析了水利水电工程项目实施调价的必要性，介绍了文件证据法和公式法两种调价方法，论述了单一调价公式的精度对业主和施工承包商之间风险的合理分担所带来的影响．计算分析表明，单一调价公式中采用的价格指数数目与调价风险有直接关系．文中还结合国内水利水电工程项目合同调价公式的现状，指出：确定调价公式时应综合考虑置信度、价格指数数目、价格上涨幅度等因素．
This paper analyzes the necessity of price adjustment in water conservancy and hydropower projects, introduces two methods of price adjustment such as documentary evidence method and formula method, and discusses the influence of the accuracy of single price adjustment formula on the reasonable sharing of risk between the owner and construction contractor. The calculation and analysis show that the number of price indices used in a single price adjustment formula is directly related to the risk of price adjustment. The paper also combined with the current status of contract price adjustment formula for domestic water conservancy and hydropower projects, pointing out that factors such as the degree of confidence, the price index and the rate of price increase should be taken into account when determining the price adjustment formula.
