无锡卫校于1989年开始设立国内首期卫生监督医士专业,这是中等医学教育改革的一项偿试性实践。它为卫生防疫部门培养卫生执法专门人才开辟了一条新的渠道。1 设立卫生监督医士专业的必要性我国各级卫生防疫站业务人员中很大一部分来源是中专学校培养的卫生专业学生。目前我国设置卫生医士专业的中等卫生学校己发展到45所。卫生专业学习偏重于预防知识,对卫生法规和执法的任务和方法,各项卫生监督的内容和执法程序以及各项岗位责任尚缺乏了解。只有在卫生专业基础上加强法律知识等方面的专业学习和训练,方能适应卫生防疫站当前监督执法工作的要求。2 卫生监督专业的培养目标中等卫生监督专业的学员,通过本专业的基础知
In 1989, Wuxi Health School began to set up the first domestic health supervision medical professional, which is a trial practice of secondary medical education reform. It has opened up a new channel for sanitation and epidemic prevention departments to cultivate specialized professionals in law enforcement. 1 The Necessity of Establishing a Sanitary Supervision Medical Professional The source of most of the employees of sanitation and epidemic prevention stations at all levels in China is the health professional students trained in secondary school. At present, China has set up a total of 45 health education schools in China.
