目的探讨YHZ-30红疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂的临床价值。方法对2002年3月~2005年12月在妇科门诊接受YHZ-30治疗仪治疗的轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂患者400例,进行2个月的随访观察。结果术中无出血,术后出血量少,创面愈合时间短,一次治愈率为96.25%,术后糜烂面光滑,弹性良好,不留瘢痕。结论YHZ-30治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂手术时间短,操作简便,安全可靠,门诊治疗,不需住院,术后恢复快,不影响日常工作,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of YHZ-30 Red Herbal Therapy in treating cervical erosion. Methods From March 2002 to December 2005, 400 cases of mild, moderate and severe cervical erosion were treated by YHZ-30 in Gynecology clinic, and were followed up for 2 months. Results No bleeding during surgery, less postoperative bleeding, wound healing time is short, a cure rate was 96.25%, postoperative erosion surface smooth, good elasticity, without leaving scars. Conclusion YHZ-30 treatment instrument for the treatment of cervical erosion is short, easy to operate, safe and reliable, outpatient treatment, without hospitalization, fast recovery, does not affect the daily work, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
