在自制的纤维素-三(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相上,成功分离了苯霜灵等手性农药,考察了色谱分离条件对手性拆分的影响。结果表明,在自制的手性柱(150 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)上,以V(正己烷)∶V(正丙醇)=90∶10为流动相,流速0.5 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm时,戊菌唑、苯霜灵等手性农药分别获得了基线或近基线拆分,分离度达到2.01和1.55。
Chiral pesticides such as bland spiroxenone were successfully separated from home-made cellulose-tris (4-methylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase. The effects of chromatographic conditions on chiral resolution were investigated. The results showed that the mobile phase was V (n-hexane): V (n-propanol) = 90:10 at a flow rate of 0.5 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 254 on a homemade chiral column (150 mm × 4.6 mm id) nm, the chiral pesticides such as penconazole and bland spirits obtained the baseline or near-baseline resolution with the resolution of 2.01 and 1.55, respectively.
