可控硅(亦称晶闸管)是大功率半导体器件,应用范围甚广,在交直流电机无线调速,交直流无触点开关,温度自动控制,整流和逆变等方面都被广泛应用。笔者在日常检查判断中,用下面这种方法对多台设备中的可控硅进行检查判断,效果良好,电路见附图。具体方法如下:将可控硅阳极和阴极回路加上正电压(即阳极A接电池E_C正极,阴极K接E_C负极,此时电珠不亮,说明该可控硅有正向阻断能力。把触发极G与可控硅阳被碰一下,电珠立即明亮。当触发极G移离阳极A,电珠继续发光,说明可控硅有导通能力。当在可控硅阳极A和阴极K之间加上正
