随着现代化的发展,我国医疗卫生事业的改革在不断深化,其中医院的财务内部控制在改革过程中,走了许多错误的曲折道路,也展现出很多问题。只有积极创设有效的医院财务内部控制制度,并且将其贯彻落实,才能使我国医疗卫生事业的改革真正行之有效,促进我国医疗卫生事业持续发展。本文首先分析了现阶段我国医院财务内部控制中存在的问题,继而探讨了新医改背景下对此类问题的对策研究。
With the development of modernization, the reform of medical and health undertaking in our country is deepening constantly. In the process of reform, the internal financial control of the hospital has gone through many wrong twists and turns and many problems have been revealed. Only by actively creating an effective hospital financial internal control system and implementing it can we truly and effectively reform the medical and health undertakings in our country and promote the sustained development of the medical and health undertakings in our country. This article first analyzes the existing problems in the hospital’s financial internal control in our country and then discusses the countermeasures to this kind of problems in the new medical reform background.
