研究了酸介质及酸浓度对酸溶液处理高品位低活性天然二氧化锰(NMD)焙烧物制得的活化天然二氧化锰(ANMD)放电活性的影响.结果表明,HCl和HNO3溶液均不能用作焙烧物酸处理的介质,而H2SO4溶液则是理想的介质.用3MH2SO4溶液处理焙烧物可制得放电性能与EMD相当的产品.本文还研究了两种提高ANMD密度的方法:晶种法和金属离子聚沉法.两种方法均能提高产品ANMD的密度,晶种法效果特别明显,而金属离子聚沉法则提出了一种制备可充掺杂二氧化锰的新方法.
The effects of acid medium and acid concentration on the discharge activity of activated natural manganese dioxide (ANMD) prepared by acid solution treatment of high-grade low-activity natural manganese dioxide (NMD) calcined material were studied. The results show that both HCl and HNO3 solutions can not be used as the acid medium for the calcination of acids, whereas H2SO4 solution is the ideal medium. With 3MH2SO4 solution calcined product can be obtained discharge performance and EMD equivalent products. This paper also studied two methods to increase the density of ANMD: seed-method and metal ion precipitation method. Both methods can improve the density of the product ANMD, the effect of the seed is particularly obvious, and the metal ion precipitation method presents a new method of preparing rechargeable manganese dioxide.
