本文应用扫描电子显微镜和x射线光电子谱仪研究了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的断裂源特征。论述了起裂区的三种断裂形态。实验表明,结晶丛生聚集是造成脆性断裂的重要原因。采用拓扑学描述网格形态,找到了半定量对比分析脆、韧性断裂的公式。提出了凹涡的成因是裂纹多发性萌生成长的结果。
In this paper, scanning electron microscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to study the fracture source of polybutylene terephthalate. Discusses the three kinds of rupture zone. Experiments show that the cluster agglomeration is an important reason for brittle fracture. Topology is used to describe the grid morphology, and a formula for semi-quantitative comparative analysis of brittle and ductile fracture is found. The origin of the concave vortex is proposed as a result of multiple germination and growth of the crack.
