目的了解阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者血浆中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平并探讨其临床意义。方法选择2014年1月~2015年9月在漯河市第三人民医院住院的阿尔茨海默病患者102例作为实验组,根据Hachinski缺血指数量表评分将其分为阿尔茨海默病(AD)、混合性痴呆(MD)、血管性痴呆(VD),根据简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)将其分为轻度、中度和重度。选择同期住院的非阿尔茨海默病患者45例作为对照组。采用循环酶法测定血浆中HCY水平。结果实验组患者血浆中HCY水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),不同程度患者的HCY水平差异显著(P均<0.05),HCY水平随痴呆程度加重而升高。结论患者认知减退程度与HCY水平呈正相关,高HCY可能与阿尔茨海默病发病密切相关。
Objective To investigate the plasma levels of homocysteine (HCY) in patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods From January 2014 to September 2015, 102 patients with Alzheimer’s disease who were hospitalized in Third People’s Hospital of Luohe City were selected as the experimental group and were divided into Alzheimer’s disease (Hachinski Ischemia Scale) (AD), mixed dementia (MD) and vascular dementia (VD) were divided into mild, moderate and severe according to Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE). Forty-five patients with non-Alzheimer’s disease who were hospitalized in the same period were selected as the control group. Cyclic enzymatic determination of plasma HCY levels. Results The level of HCY in the plasma of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (all P <0.05). HCY levels were significantly different in all the patients (all P <0.05). The level of HCY increased with the degree of dementia. Conclusions The degree of cognitive decline is positively correlated with the level of HCY. High HCY may be closely related to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease.
