应用抗受体相关蛋白羧基端108个氨基酸多肽单克隆抗体F2(MonoclonalantibodyF2,McAbF2)进行被动型Heymann肾炎(PassiveHeymannnephritis,PHN)诱导试验。Western-Blot分析显示,McAbF2识别天然膜抗原Fx1A中分子量为44KDa的受体相关蛋白(Receptor-asociatedprotein,RAP),SD大鼠体内注射McAbF24天后肾皮质免疫组化和免疫电镜发现McAbF2在体内能识别肾小球上皮细胞表面抗原,并与之结合形成典型的PHN免疫复合物。表明在RAP羧基端108个氨基酸多肽上存在着Heymann肾炎病理性表型。
The Passive Heymann Nephritis (PHN) induction test was carried out using Monoclonalantibody F2 (McAb F2), a carboxyterminal anti-receptor related protein. Western-Blot analysis showed that McAbF2 recognized a 44 kDa Receptor-asociated protein (RAP) in the Fx1A native membrane antigen. Immunohistochemistry and immunoelectron microscopy showed that McAb F2 could recognize in vivo in vivo after McAb F was injected into SD rats Glomerular epithelial cell surface antigen, and combined with the formation of a typical PHN immune complexes. Suggesting a pathological phenotype of Heymann nephritis on the 108 amino acid polypeptide of the carboxy terminal RAP.
