在制作1例成人男性右下肢肌标本中,发现趾短伸肌以扁形肌腱与第3趾长伸肌腱融合,为积累国人解剖学资料,现报道如下。修去足背浅筋膜,清理肌腱时,见趾短伸肌外侧中下1/3的肌表面发出一扁形肌腱,与第3趾长伸肌腱呈57°融合(图1)。该扁形肌腱的后2/3有肌纤维附着,其外侧缘与趾短伸肌外侧缘融合,长29.78 mm,平均宽6.03 mm,平均厚1.32 mm;前
