液体流量标准装置被广泛用于流量计、电磁式水表、热能表的检定与校准。目前,研究人员主要关注的方向仍是水池水塔建造、液体管路设计、换向器设计,但对装置的硬件测控系统搭建以及人机交互软件开发等方面的研究较为缺乏。文章针对上述情况设计了一种基于CAN总线和Lab VIEW虚拟仪器的液体小流量标准装置测控系统,该系统具有投入小,调试简单,数据采集传输高速等优点,在日常的液体小流量校准工作中得到了良好的应用。
