作者曾报道新型咪唑啉油溶性缓蚀剂WH—02的研制及其抗硫化氢腐蚀性能的初步评定。最近又合成了一类酰胺型抗硫化氢腐蚀缓蚀剂,其中WH—15缓蚀剂具有合成方法简便,低毒,使用方便等特点,并且在很宽的pH及温度范围内具有良好的防腐蚀作用。经多次对比测试,缓蚀效果良好。一、制备与物理性能 WH—15缓蚀剂系采用有机酸和胺在适当的溶剂中缩合而成。棕红色液体,易溶于醇和多种有机溶剂,其主要物理常数及元素分析数据列于表1,红外光谱如图1。图中
