【目的】研究菜单式健康教育对抑郁症患者治疗依从性的影响。【方法】选择2012年1月至2015年1月本院收治的98例抑郁症患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例,对照组给予常规的健康教育,观察组则采用菜单式健康教育。比较两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、自知力与治疗态度问卷量表(ITAQ)评分、治疗依从性和治疗效果。【结果】干预前两组患者的 HAMD 评分和 ITAQ评分比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),干预后观察组患者的 HAMD 评分低于对照组,ITAQ 评分高于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(均 P 0.05),干预后观察组患者的治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作总满意率为93.88%,显著高于对照组患者总满意率73.47%,两组差异有统计学意义(P 0.05).After the intervention,the HAMD scores in observation group was lower than that in control group,while ITAQ score in observation group was higher than that in control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P 0.05).After the intervention,treatment compliance of patients in observation group was obviously better than the control group,and there was significant difference (P <0.05).Overall satisfaction rate of patients to nursing work in observation group was 93.88%,which was sig-nificantly higher than that in control group(73.47%),and there was significant difference(P <0.05).[Con-clusion]Menu health education for patients with depression can increase the insight and treatment compliance of patients so as to improve treatment effect.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
