2013年5月17日,中国建筑业协会、中国建设报社在京联合举办建筑业“营业税改征增值税”大型座谈会。来自全国各省市建设行政主管部门、协会、企业的50多位代表出席了会议,共同探讨“营改增”对建筑行业和企业的影响及应对措施。税改将对建筑行业产生重大的影响,包括企业的各项管理制度、交易行为、合作方式都将随着税改进行一系列的调整,甚至在某种程度上将影响建筑业进一步持续发展的问题。所以,协会要密切配合政府主管部门和广大企业做好“营改增”工作,既要积极响应这一重大改革,又要把我们行业的实际困难和特殊问题如实反映上去。会上,行业专家,以及来自企业管理领域的精英和骨干,提出了许多非常宝贵的建
