本文从融资和并购两个方面分析了资本市场开放对公司治理的影响。中国资本市场的开放将会给我国公司治理带来积极的影响,包括:股权的多元化,信息披露制度的完善和监管制度的完善。
This article analyzes the impact of capital market liberalization on corporate governance from two aspects: financing and mergers and acquisitions. The opening up of China’s capital market will bring positive impact to our country’s corporate governance, including the diversification of ownership, the improvement of information disclosure system and the improvement of regulatory system.
