目的探讨肘部固定夹板对预防CT增强检查时碘对比剂渗漏的临床应用价值。方法选择行CT增强检查的200例患者,其中男性113例,女性87例;年龄35~72岁,平均年龄56岁。随机分为对照组(96例)和试验组(104例)。对照组在进行CT增强检查时静脉穿刺留置针后未使用肘部固定夹板;试验组在进行CT增强检查时静脉穿刺留置针后使用肘部固定夹板,比较两组碘对比剂渗漏的发生率。结果对照组发生渗漏13例,发生率为13.54%。试验组发生渗漏5例,发生率为4.81%。试验组碘对比剂渗漏的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肘部固定夹板杜绝了因手臂弯曲导致碘对比剂渗漏的情况发生,大大降低了碘对比剂渗漏的发生率。而且此种肘部固定夹板制作简单,成本低,在起到固定作用的同时又不会对患者的手臂造成挤压、疼痛等不适感,患者很容易接受,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of elbow splints in the prevention of leakage of iodine contrast medium during CT enhancement. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing CT-enhanced examinations were selected, including 113 males and 87 females. The patients were 35-72 years old with a mean age of 56 years. Randomly divided into control group (96 cases) and experimental group (104 cases). In the control group, elbow splints were not used after venipuncture and indwelling needle during CT enhancement. In the test group, elbow splints were used after venipuncture and indwelling needle during CT enhancement, and the incidence of leakage of iodine contrast agent . Results The control group of leakage occurred in 13 cases, the incidence was 13.54%. 5 cases of leakage occurred in the experimental group, the incidence was 4.81%. The incidence of leakage of iodine contrast agent in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion elbow splint to prevent the bending of the arm caused by iodine contrast agent leakage occurred, greatly reducing the incidence of iodine contrast agent leakage. Moreover, the elbow splint is simple to manufacture and has low cost. The elbow splint does not cause extrusion, pain or other uncomfortable feeling to the patient's arm at the same time as the fixation effect. The patient is easily accepted and is worthy of clinical promotion.
