现代酒店的前厅部是整个酒店的重要组成部分,是整个酒店服务的核心,是一个酒店的门面的象征,在客人的满意程度,酒店的行业竞争中起着重要的作用。但是,现代的酒店管理中前厅部也存在很多的问题,只有采取有效的措施去解决这些问题,才能在酒店企业竞争中处于有利的地位,才能使客人满意,使企业越做越大。
