中国社会科学院经济研究所派出以所党委书记兼副所长于祖尧为团长、前所长何建章为顾问、张荣刚、郑红亮、胡淑珍为成员的一行5人,于1996年5月27日至6月6日赴越南考察访问,受到越共中央对外联络部等单位的热情接待。考察团先后同越共中央对外联络部、越南社会科学院经济研究所、越南国家农业与农村发展部、越南国家劳动荣军部、国家计划投资部发展战略研究所、国家行政学院,以及海防市政府和胡志明市政府等单位的有关领导进行了座谈。现将考察了解到的越南经济革新与经济发展的有关情况综述如下。
The Institute of Economic Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences sent a delegation consisting of five members, including Yu Zuyao, secretary of the party committee and deputy director, and He Jianzhang, former director of the Institute of Economic Research, Zhang Ronggang, Zheng Hongliang and Hu Shuzhen as members. From May 27 to June 1996 Visited Vietnam on the 6th and was warmly received by the CPC Central Committee Foreign Liaison Department and other units. The delegation met with the CPV Central Liaison Department, the Vietnamese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Economic Research, the Vietnamese National Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Vietnamese National Labor Wing, the Ministry of State Planning and Development Institute of Strategic Studies, the National School of Administration, and Haiphong City Government and Ho Chi Minh City Government and other units of the leaders conducted a discussion. We will now examine the related situation of Vietnam’s economic reform and economic development as summarized below.
