随着世界社会化大分工后,物流业得到了迅速的发展。同时,全球一体化的进展促进了物流市场的形成,更多的生产型企业采用第三方物流服务,将主营业务集中于自己的核心业务,将相对于非核心业务(物流业务)外包于专业的第三方物流公司。同时,供应链一体化进程的迅速发展,迫使企业重新打量供应链上下游之间的关系,并且物流业务的考核也成为下游伙伴考核的关键。而针对于以上种种原因,作为第三方物流服务公司,我们在拓展业务的同时更多的是以客户需求为出发点。本文就昆山某汽车运输有限公司为例,列举了企业在推动式物流服务向拉动式转变的具体内容。
