脚手架是建筑施工中的一种重要工具、也是工地的三大暂设工程之一。结构工程、装修工程和设备安装工程都需要按操作要求搭设脚手架。目前,脚手架由于类型增加、技术更新和工伤事故的多次发生,反映出一些单位施工管理跟不上,尤其是架子工的身体素质和技术素质较差,是造成工伤事故的主要原因之一。本文对选拔架子工的条件和操作培训提出以下一些意见。
Scaffolding is an important tool in the construction of the building, but also one of the three major temporary works on site. Structural engineering, renovation projects and equipment installation projects are required by the operation requirements erection of scaffolding. At present, due to the increase of the types of scaffolding and the frequent occurrence of technical renewal and work-related accidents, some construction management of units can not keep up. In particular, the physical quality and poor technical quality of shelf workers are one of the major causes of work-related accidents. This article puts forward the following opinions on the conditions and operation training of selecting shelf workers.
