在等离子割炬的上下两个导体之间,有一个中心绝缘垫(见图1)。该垫不仅能使上下两导体可靠绝缘,而且还能保证冷却水的畅通无阻,以提高下导体的散热能力。但是,由于中心垫与上下导体水孔的位置难以对正,而使水流堵塞、造成联接处漏水,使下导体得不到良好的冷却,因而影响了等离子割炬的正常工作。为此,我们将中心垫作了如下改进(见图2)。由图2可知,改进是在原中心垫的基础上,在上下端面各开了一道环
Between the upper and lower conductors of the plasma torch, there is a center pad (see Figure 1). The pad can not only make the upper and lower conductors reliably insulated, but also to ensure the smooth flow of cooling water, in order to enhance the cooling capacity of the lower conductor. However, due to the center pad and the upper and lower conductor water hole position is difficult to correct, and the water flow blockage, resulting in leakage joints, the lower conductor can not get a good cooling, thus affecting the normal operation of the plasma torch. To this end, we made the following improvements to the center pad (see Figure 2). As can be seen from Figure 2, the improvement is based on the original center pad, opened in the upper and lower ends of each ring
