目的 探讨血管内低能量氦氖(HeNe)激光治疗对急性脑血栓形成患者血浆P-选择素(GMP-140)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的影响及促进神经功能恢复的作用。方法 用血管内低能量HeNe激光照射治疗24例急性脑血栓患者,每天治疗1次,连续治疗10次;另选25例病情相似的急性脑血栓患者作为对照。两组患者均于症状达高峰后3d内和相隔21d后两次抽血,测定血浆中GMP140、SOD和MDA含量,并同时评定神经功能缺损程度。结果 至病程第21d后,不论有无激光治疗,患者血浆中GMP140和MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度明显减轻(P<0.05),但经激光治疗者变化更明显(P<0.05);血浆中SOD含量都有所增加,仅激光治疗组变化差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 血管内HeNe激光治疗能降低脑血栓患者血浆中GMP-140和自由基含量,增强SOD活性,促进神经功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effects of intravascular low energy HeNe laser treatment on plasma P-selectin (GMP-140), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis Nerve function to restore the role. Methods Twenty-four patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were treated with intravascular low-energy HeNe laser and treated once daily for 10 times. Another 25 patients with similar acute cerebral thrombosis served as controls. Two groups of patients were twice within 3 days after the peak of symptoms and twice after 21 days after the blood was drawn, the plasma levels of GMP140, SOD and MDA were measured, and the degree of neurological deficit was also assessed. Results After the 21st day of the course of disease, the levels of GMP140 and MDA were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the degree of neurological deficit was significantly reduced (P <0.05) in patients with and without laser treatment, but the changes were more obvious after laser treatment P <0.05). The content of SOD in the plasma increased, but there was significant difference only in the laser treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intrahepatic HeNe laser treatment can decrease the content of GMP-140 and free radicals, increase the activity of SOD and promote the recovery of nerve function in the patients with cerebral thrombosis.
