用无焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了豚鼠内耳外淋巴的电解质成份:Na ̄+,K ̄+,Zn ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+),旨在从外淋巴这些离子变化中观察顺铂对内耳的毒性作用及硒对其耳毒性的拮抗作用.由实验测得正常豚鼠鼓阶中各离子平均浓度(mg/L)分别为2945.8,345.9,126.6,85.1.前庭阶中分别为1379.1,1745.2,125.4,88.6.鼓阶中Na ̄+浓度高于前庭阶(P<0.01),鼓阶中K ̄+浓度低于前庭阶(P<0.01).两阶中Zn ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)浓度无差异,A组耳蜗外淋巴离子浓度发生变化,鼓阶中Na ̄+浓度下降,K ̄+浓度升高,前庭阶中离子改变与之相反.外淋巴中Zn ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+)浓度均明显降低,B组外淋巴离子变化程度低于A组,实验表明硒可在一定程度上拮抗顺铂造成的内耳外淋巴离子紊乱.
The electrolyte composition of the perilymph in the inner ear of guinea pigs was determined by flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry: Na ~ +, K ~ +, Zn ~ (2 +) and Mg ~ (2+) Toxicity to inner ear and antagonism of selenium to ototoxicity. The Na ~ + concentration in the scala tympani was higher than that in the vestibular (P <0.01), and the K ~ + concentration in the scala tympani was lower than that in the vestibular (P <0.01). There were no differences in the concentration of Zn 2+ and Mg 2+ between the two groups. The concentration of extracapsular lymphocytes in group A changed, the concentration of Na + in the scala tympani and the concentration of K + The opposite. The levels of Zn ~ (2 +) and Mg ~ (2+) in the perilymph were significantly decreased, and the changes of exo-lymphatic ions in group B were lower than those in group A. The results showed that selenium could antagonize the cisplatin-induced extracorporeal lymphatic disorder in a certain extent.
