救必应为冬青科植物铁冬青(Ilex rotunda Thunb.)的干燥树皮。为华南地区常用中草药。朱任宏等曾从广西产救必应(Ilex spp.)中获得两种甙类成分,但未报道其化学结构。我们从广东产救必应的乙醇提取物中获得三种结晶性成分,分别暂名为救必应甲素、乙素和丙素。药理实验证明乙素有明显的止血作用。乙素的薄层层析R_f值及显色情况、熔点、紫外及红外光谱与文献报道的救必应甙甲(ilexanin-A)一致;同时与文献报道的祖师麻丙素红外光谱也一致;证明三者为同一物质。经理化实验数据分析证实乙素为丁香甙(Syrin-
Salvage should be the dry bark of the holly plant Ilex rotunda Thunb. For southern China commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. Zhu Renhong and others obtained two kinds of anthraquinones from Ilex spp. in Guangxi, but their chemical structure was not reported. We obtained three crystalline components from the ethanol extracts of Guangdong Rescued Beverages, which were tentatively named rescue BPC, B and S. Pharmacological experiments show that B has significant hemostatic effect. The T-thin chromatographic Rf values and the coloration conditions, melting point, UV and IR spectra of B are consistent with those reported in literature (ilexanin-A), and are also consistent with the infrared spectra reported by the ancestors in the literature.
