中药赤芍化学成分的研究

由中药赤芍(Paconia lactiflora Pall.)乙醇抽提物中分离得六种单纯成分。其中四种经鉴定证明为蔗糖、苯甲酸、β-谷甾醇和棕榈酸;另二种暂命名为赤芍甲素(C_(17)H_(24)O_3,沸点80℃/5毫米)和赤芍乙素(熔点256℃),并对其化学反应和红外光谱进行了研究。 Six simple components were isolated from the ethanol extract of the traditional Chinese medicine Paconia lactiflora Pall. Four of them were identified as sucrose, benzoic acid, β-sitosterol and palmitic acid; the other two tentatively named erythrochlor (C 17 H 24 O 3 , boiling point 80°C/5 mm) and red Anthraquinone (melting point 256 °C), and its chemical reaction and infrared spectra were studied.
