随着信息技术的快速发展和培训资源的整合传播,引进翻转课堂可以解决酒店新员工学习时间有限、能力水平差距大、培训效果不理想等问题。从培训内容的模块化、视频化、开放化三个维度来探讨翻转课堂在酒店新员工导向培训中的革新,以期丰富酒店培训的教学模式,提高酒店员工入职导向培训效果。
With the rapid development of information technology and the integration and dissemination of training resources, the introduction of flip classroom can solve the problems such as limited time for new staff, large gap in ability level and unsatisfactory training effect. From the perspective of modularization, video and openness of training content, this paper explores the innovation of flip classroom in new employee orientation training in hotel, in order to enrich the teaching mode of hotel training and improve the entry training effect of hotel staff.
