在高压氧防治声损伤的研究过程中,我们发现高压氧对125分贝3小时强声暴露引起的豚鼠声损伤,具有明显的预防作用,但未见治疗效果。我们考虑高压氧不显治疗效果,是否同试验中使用的声音剂量过大有关系,若使用低于此声音剂量引起的声损伤,给以高压氧,其治疗效果和预防作用又如何? 为此,我们设计了两批实验,即采用两个声音剂量等级,1KHz纯音120分贝0.5小时声暴露和1KHz纯音115分贝0.5小时声暴露。每批实验所选用的动物均为耳廓反应灵敏,鼓膜正常,体重在255~350克范围内的豚
